She immediately made me feel secure and not scammed. I felt reassured of this important factor after her 1st email back to me. She is honest, forthright and realistic. She gave me her opinion on some pricing I had received from other online Chatty restoration and not as a hard sell,, but as a compassionate chatty " lover" and expert. Her suggestions and recommendations included detail and gave me direction, that I was immediately able to apply to my situation. And I have only paid her a measly two dollars and fifty cents!
